At HOMCOM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings and decor. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HOMCOM account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place all components, hardware, and manuals back into the original shipping boxes to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
